Mr. Napolitano also serves as Managing Director of Pearl Holdings Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: PRLH), a $200 million special purpose acquisition company focused on the consumer healthcare sector.
Over his 20+ year career, Mr. Napolitano has advised on over 60 mandated M&A, licensing and financing transactions accounting for over $100 billion in value. His experience includes domestic and cross-border strategic transactions across all major industries. Mr. Napolitano’s M&A product experience includes a broad mix of sell-side, buy-side, fairness opinion and merger of equals transactions across a wide range of transaction values from approximately $30 million to $26 billion.
